As anyone who has ever visited the Bell will know, the pub is a place of timeless beauty and real authenticity. From the original bar with it's serving hatches to the panelled walls or the hand-handed grandfather clock there's a real sense of being somewhere special.

Obviously there also the point of the excellent Real Ale and Real Cider that is on sale, always in tip-top condition. Adrian Bean, Chairman for West Berkshire CAMRA said 'this gem of a pub is always worth the trip Aldworth. When you visit the pub, it's almost like you've never left. I have been told that people arriving back in Country from a lengthy trip abroad will first go to the Bell before going home! I know that the Bell is one of the reasons why I am happy to live in West Berkshire.'
