Beehive Planning Permission withdrawn!!!! A very welcome early Xmas present was received by local CAMRA members when we officially heard that the planning application to convert the Beehive Pub into a private residence has been withdrawn. This means that even if the owners decide at a later date to apply again, they will have to restart the process to get this permission granted. And as we now know this process has proved to be far from easy! A big heart felt thank you too all signatories of the on-line petition, your contribution to this decision cannot be under estimated. Cheers!
